Johnny's car breaks down on the way to Aunt Jebadissa's house. He sees Scooby and the gang, and hitches a ride with them after explaining she "lives in a spooky house on Widows Peak". When they get there they discover Aunt Jebadissa missing, and a Ghostly Gardener on the loose. Johnny tries to helps the gang solve the mystery.

It's Christmas Eve and Johnny, mistaking Santa Clause for a burglar, injures him. Because of this, Johnny is now responsible for delivering all the presents. Scooby receives speech lessons from Cindy Brady!

This is a short commercial episode where Johnny bumps into Velma, and they fall in "love".
